Hi I'm Nathan and I've been helping people 

transform their bodies and improve their lifestyle using personalised training and nutrition programmes since 2014.

I rediscovered my love for health and fitness while living in Sydney, Australia. Inspired by the healthy Aussie lifestyle, I took up running along their beautiful coast and entered the 

Sydney half marathon. I've been addicted to 

challenging myself ever since.

Since returning home I have taken part in Tough Mudders, OCR's, triathlons and lots of other running events. I also went through a 16 week 'prep period' for a fitness photoshoot in October 2018. This invovled learning more effective ways to diet and how the body copes with the effects.


I love the process and discipline of training the body which I pass down to my clients, helping them achieve their goals.

My specialities lie in strength and training for fat-loss. Working with clients long term to change their whole lifestyle  as well as achieving short term goals for holidays, weddings and special events.
